Our Pledge

We recognise that employing a building contractor to transform your vision in to a reality can be quite daunting, so we have devised the following charter to guide and assist our clients.

We will endeavour to;

Provide a full written quotation only after an initial briefing meeting with our clients.
Hold a Pre contract meeting before any work commences.
Guide our clients through the construction process from conception to completion.
Provide a certified project manager to look after our clients. One point of contact.
Provide a 12 months defects guarantee (materials and craftsmanship).
Provide a schedule of stage payments in accordance with our original quotation.
Provide you with copies of our insurances relevant to the project.
Project Manager to handover completed project to the client.

Consideration

We will work efficiently causing minimal disruption to complete your project on time; whilst treating your home and neighbours with respect. We will keep the working areas as clean as possible.
